【My Number Card Application Support (Free Photo Shoot)】

Support will be provided for the application of My Number Card.

① Place: Shimin Madoguchi-Ka (1st floor of City Hall)
Date and time: Weekdays from 8:30a.m. to 5:15p.m. (For Thursdays, 8:30a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
※Temporary opening hours: August 28th (Sunday), September 25th (Sunday) from 8: 30 a.m. to 4: 30p.m.
※Support for applying for Mainapoint will also be provided.

② Place: Shimin Service Corner (inside the Kure Tourist Information Plaza on the south side of Kure Station)
2-23 Takaramachi, Kure City
Date and time: Every day from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30p.m. (Until September 30th (Friday))
※Excluding August 21st (Sunday), September 17th (Saturday) and 18th (Sunday)

●What You Need
Individual Number Card Issuance Application
※If you lose your application form, it will be reissued, so please bring your official ID that has a photo on it (driver’s license, etc.) or your health insurance card.　This only applies to those who are registered as residents in Kure City.

★You can get “Mainapoint” with My Number Card (second round) Start from June 30th, 2022★
You can receive up to 20,000 yen worth of Mainapoints by applying with your My Number Card. A cashless payment service is required for the application.
※My Number Card’s application deadline: End of September, 2022
※Mainapoint’s application deadline: End of February, 2023
※You need to download the “Mainapoint” and “Mainaportal”’s apps.

【A multilingual life guidebook has been published】

“The Kure Life Guidebook for Foreigners” has been published in English, Chinese, Portuguese, and Vietnamese. It contains a lot of useful information for foreigners about life and administrative procedures.
It is distributed free of charge at the International Exchange Center on the 1st floor of the Kure City Hall, Tobu Chiku Foreign Resident Comprehensive Consultation Counter in Hiro Shimin Center, and every local Civic Center.
