Information about the Extension of Counter Hours on Every Thursday
The Kure City Hall Main Building 1st Floor Shimin Madoguchi-Ka is open every Thursday until 7:00 pm.
The following requests are accepted every Thursday from 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm
・Notification of moving in, moving out, relocation
・Issuance of Copy of Certificate of Residence, Certificate of Items Stated in Resident Register
・Application for seal registration, issuance of seal registration certificate
・Issuance of Certificate of Income Taxation, Certificate of Tax Payment
・Application and issuance of My Number Card, change of address and name
・Receiving the returned My Number notification

・Please come by 6:30 pm for applications related to your My Number Card.
・We cannot work on family register notification or family register certificate.
・Please consult with us if more than 3 people come to complete the procedures.
【A multilingual life guidebook has been published】
“The Kure Life Guidebook for Foreigners” has been published in English, Chinese, Portuguese, and Vietnamese. It contains a lot of useful information for foreigners about life and administrative procedures.
It is distributed free of charge at the International Exchange Center on the 1st floor of the Kure City Hall, Tobu Chiku Foreign Resident Comprehensive Consultation Counter in Hiro Shimin Center, and every local Civic Center.
